This page is a short version summarising how the system works in practice. The full version is being prepared by the company. If anything here conflicts with the law, the law applies

1. Our service

Link Family is a middleman that matches service users with service providers in each app. The price and conditions of a job are an agreement between the user and the provider for that job. The company is not the seller of goods or the provider of services on behalf of providers

2. User accounts

One phone number per account, usable in every Link app
Verify your identity with a code sent to your phone number, and accept the privacy policy before signing up
Providers must verify their identity or submit the relevant documents and wait for review before taking jobs
The company suspends accounts that break the terms, stating the reason and how to appeal

3. Payments and fees

The fee of each service is shown before every confirmation and is read from the system’s latest settings
Money paid through the system for goods or services is held by an authorised payment provider until the release conditions of that job are met
The company does not transfer money directly to third parties. Payments to providers are made only through the payment provider
Cancellations, refunds and the right to a full refund follow the Refund Policy

4. Disputes

If there is a problem with a job, the user can open a dispute in the app within the time set for that job. The other side has time to respond, then an admin decides from both sides’ evidence. The decision is shown to both sides identically

5. Ratings and comments

Ratings and comments are tied to one account and shown in every app. The account owner cannot delete or hide them from other users, but can ask an admin to review inappropriate comments

6. What is not allowed

Moving the conversation or payment outside the app to avoid fees or the middleman’s oversight
Giving false information, creating duplicate accounts, or impersonating others
Posting illegal content or content that infringes others’ rights

7. Personal data

We collect and use data according to the Privacy Policy You may ask to view, correct or withdraw consent at any time, and ask to delete your account when there are no open jobs or money left in the account
